Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation is received. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed the next business day.

We currently offer the following shipping options for customers in Australia:

Shipping Area
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or delivery failures.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging to protect your privacy. There are no visible references to the contents or our brand name on the outside of the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages
tancense is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. For assistance, please contact the courier directly.
